No-bake tiramisu biscuit cake

Tiramisu biscuit cake, a delicacy not to be missed, with delicious tiramisu cream, prepared with pasteurized eggs. An easy, quick no-cook dessert with all the taste of classic tiramisu, a sweet recipe that you can enjoy at the end of a meal and keep in the refrigerator for any occasion.
It is prepared with a few simple ingredients and it is perfect for birthdays or at the end of a lunch with relatives and friends.

Ingredients :

– 250 g of Biscuits (Petit Lu type)
– 250 g of Liquid Cream (or vegetable cream)
– 500 g of Mascarpone
– 3 Yolks
– 100 g of Icing Sugar
– 50 ml of Water
– 100 g of Coffee (bitter)
– 6 g of gelatin leaves
– 20 g of milk (hot)
– bitter cocoa powder

Preparation :

First prepare the mascarpone cream: put the yolks in a bowl with 50 g of sugar, and start to whip them with the electric whisks, in a saucepan, over low heat, add the water with the remaining 50 g of sugar . When the sugar begins to caramelize, remove it from the heat and pour it over the eggs, continuing to beat them with the electric whisks.
