Invisible zucchini cake, a very quick recipe to make in 5 minutes. Invisible, that is to say very full inside of zucchini, ricotta and parmesan which will give flavor to the cake.
Ingredients :
– 100 g of flour (or cornstarch)
– 1 sachet of baking powder
– 40 g of onion
– 30 g of parmesan
– 50 ml of sunflower oil
– 2 eggs
– 250 g of zucchini
– 200 g of ricotta
– 70 ml of milk
– Rosemary
