Coffee Cookie Cake, a cold and quick cake with few ingredients. We prepare it in a few minutes and let it cool in the freezer for an hour before serving.
Ingredients :
For the cake:
– 500 g of biscuits (small butter type)
– 500 g of liquid cream
– 100 g of sugar
– 5 g of instant coffee
– 2 eggs
For decoration:
– 250 g liquid cream
– 30 g sugar
– 2 g instant coffee
– 1 egg
– Bitter cocoa powder
– 170 g milk (to dip the biscuits)
