Recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs
20 g vanilla sugar
150 grams sugar
60 g corn starch
Mix everything well
500 ml milk
Brew the cream until thick over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Let the cream cool
100 ml water
100 ml milk
a pinch of salt
80 g butter
preparation
Once the butter has melted, add 120g of flour
mix everything well
Let the dough cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly
Allow the mixture to cool slightly
Add 4 eggs one at a time
Divide the dough into two parts
