THE JUICEST CAKE WITH APPLES

Ingredients

Dough:

– 325 grams of flour
– 100 grams of sugar
– 1 egg
– 200 grams of butter
– a pinch of salt

Phil:

– 100 grams of raisins
– 3 spoons of rum
– 1.5 kg of apples
– juice of one lemon

 

Cream:

– 3 vanilla puddings
– 1000 ml whipping cream
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 125 grams of sugar

Coating:

– 1 egg yolk

Sprinkle:

– powdered sugar

Way of preparation:

Casserole 25Γ—32.

Combine all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix, wrap in nylon foil and leave for two hours for the ingredients to combine. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out one crust the size of a pan on baking paper and place it in the pan with the paper.

Peel the apples, cut them in half, cover them with lemon juice and arrange them in a tray. Sprinkle the raisins that you soaked in rum over the apples.
