Ingredients
For the crust:
– 650 g of crumbled chocolate biscuits
– 150 g of melted butter
– powdered sugar as needed
For the caramel:
– 130 g of butter
– 1.2 dl of maple syrup
– 380 g of brown sugar
– 1.7 dl of sweet condensed milk (boiled with sugar as a thick syrup)
– 100 g of chopped peanuts
For the filling:
– 250 g of chopped dark chocolate
– 2.5 dl of cooking cream
– 60 g of butter
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, beat the crumbled biscuits with butter and 5-7 spoons of powdered sugar. Roll out the resulting mixture into a crust, place in a 20 cm long pan, press firmly and bake for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and let it cool down.
Caramel:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and mix with the maple syrup and brown sugar. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, until it thickens, then remove from the stove.
