Strawberry cream cubes

Ingredients

6 egg
whites
150 g
sugar
6 egg yolks 100 g ground walnuts

2 tablespoons flour 3 tablespoons coarsely grated chocolate 1 teaspoon baking powder For the cream: 2 packs of gelatin powder 500 g natural yogurt 500 ml whipping cream 200 g powdered sugar 1 kg strawberries Also : 1 pack of puff pastry 50 g powdered sugar

preparation

Roll out the puff pastry thinly, cut it in half and bake one half in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 5 – 7 minutes. Don’t forget to prick the puff pastry with a fork so that it doesn’t bubble up while baking. Remove and pour the nut dough over it.

Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff, then stir in the egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each yolk. Mix the nuts, flour, baking powder and the coarsely grated chocolate and add. Mix with a wooden spoon and spread over the puff pastry.
Put it back in the preheated oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
