An excellent recipe, proven, reliable and simple, and the result is superb. Stracciatella cake is refreshing and delicious, a good choice for any occasion, from a child’s birthday to a golden feast!
Ingredients
Bark:
– 8 egg whites
– 8 tablespoons of sugar
– 8 tablespoons of flour
– 1/2 baking powder
Phil:
– 1/2 l of milk
– 8 egg yolks
– 2 gelatin
– 1/2 l of sweet cream
– 100 g of coarsely grated cooking chocolate
– 150 g of sugar
Preparation:
For the crust, beat egg whites with sugar, add flour and baking powder and bake in a greased baking tray for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
When the crust is baked, pour 1 dl of hot milk over it and let it cool.
For the filling, soak 2 gelatins in a little cold water.
