STRACCIATELLA TORTA: An excellent choice for any occasion

Bring 1/2 l of milk to a boil, beat the egg yolks and sugar until foamy and pour over the hot milk.
Pour the hot gelatin over it and let it cool (so that it is lukewarm).
Whip 1/2 l of cream into whipped cream, add the gelatin, egg and milk mixture to the whipped cream, add coarsely grated chocolate.
Pour the mixture over the crust and put the cake in the fridge for a couple of hours to firm up.
