Salad cake with egg

Ingredients

SPINACH CAKE

350 g frozen spinach
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 cloves of garlic
pepper
Sun

MEAT LAYER

300 g canned ham
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 marinated red pepper
1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
6 slices of toast bread

CHEESE LAYER

300 g of yellow golden mazur cheese
4-5 pickled cucumbers
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
pepper

MUSHROOM LAYER

500 g mushrooms
small cheese with chives
1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
pepper
Sun

EGG LAYER

5 ouch
a bunch of chives

Execution

SPINACH CAKE

Press the garlic through a press. Fry in a teaspoon of butter. Add spinach, simmer until the water evaporates. Season and set aside to cool.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the yolks, flour, spinach and mix.
Transfer the mixture to a baking tray (24x24cm). Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Cut the cake into two layers.

MEAT LAYER

Cut the ham and red pepper into small cubes. Combine mustard, mayonnaise and yogurt. Mix everything.
Pour the meat mixture onto the spinach cake.
Cover everything with toasted bread.
