Salad cake with egg

CHEESE LAYER

Grate the cheese on a large-hole grater.
Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise, natural yogurt and mix. Place everything on toasted bread. Cover everything with the second part of the spinach dough and press lightly.

MUSHROOM LAYER

Cut the mushrooms and season to taste. Sauté in a tablespoon of butter.
Mix the mushrooms with cheese and Greek yogurt. Spread the mushroom layer on the spinach cake.

EGG LAYER

Hard boil the eggs and cut them into slices.
Finely chop the chives and sprinkle over the mushrooms. Decorate everything with eggs.
Put the salad in the fridge for a few hours.
