New! A delicious filled marble

This marble really reminds me of my childhood snack! It is a real pleasure to be able to relive these moments of sharing with family.

This cake is ultra delicious! The inside is filled with spread and that really makes all the difference.

This filled marble is soft and melts in the mouth! What’s more, it’s really child’s play to make! To make it, you will simply need a mold 24 cm long by 7 cm high.

Marbled filled

3 eggs
250g of flour
1 packet of yeast
130 g of vergeoise (or brown) sugar
1 good pinch of salt
50 g of oil
40g butter​
75 g of milk

90 g of dark chocolate
1 tbsp sugar-free cocoa powder
2 tbsp of milk
1 tsp liquid vanilla
3 tbsp of spread
Icing
90 g of dark chocolate
90 g of liquid whole cream (30% fat)

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE

Marble

Mix the eggs, sugar and salt then beat for 5 minutes. The mixture should double or triple in volume.

Add the oil then the melted butter.

Pour in the sifted flour and yeast. Mix until you have a smooth paste.

Add the 75 g of milk and mix again.

Separate the two doughs and pour a little less than half into a salad bowl.
