For the dough:
200 g flour
75 g sugar
75 g margarine
1 egg
½ pack baking powder
Fat for the mold
For the filling:
125 g margarine
225 g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 bag of vanilla pudding powder
3 eggs
1 cup of quark ( 500 g )
1 cup of sour cream ( 200 g )
1 cup of sweet cream ( 200 g )
INSTRUCTIONS
To make the dough, quickly knead the flour, sugar, margarine, egg and baking powder into a smooth dough and place it in a greased 26mm springform pan, forming an edge.
