For the filling, mix margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder and eggs until creamy. Stir in the quark and sour cream. Beat the sweet cream until stiff and fold in carefully.

Pour the filling into the springform pan, smooth it out and bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 1 hour.
Allow the cake to cool completely in the tin as the filling is still too soft immediately after baking.
