KINDER MILK SCHNITES FOR LITTLE AND BIG

Ingredients

Peels

– 5 eggs
– 5 spoons of flour
– 1 spoon of vanilla sugar
– 2 large full spoons of cocoa
– baking powder on top of a knife
– 5 spoons of sugar

Cream

– 250 ml cream for slag
– 1 slagfix (hardener for slag)
– 2 large spoons of liquid honey
– 1 vanilla sugar or lemon sugar

Preparation

Beat the egg whites into snow. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add flour, cocoa and prasak and mix until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Add 3 tablespoons of egg white snow and mix gently to get a nice mixture, then pour everything into the rest of the egg whites and mix again until the mixture is uniform.

Pour onto baking paper that is placed on a large tray (the one from the oven). Spread evenly and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Leave to cool and cut in half.

So the sponge cake is baked in a large baking sheet to be thin and then cut into 2 pieces. Do not cut in the middle like a cake.
