Beat the cream with slagfix until stiff, add it outside. sugar and honey. Spread the cream on the biscuit and cover with another, put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Cut in the shape (of the right ones) and make your loved ones happy. The biscuit is thin, the cream is in a thin layer.

If desired, it can be baked in a smaller pan, then cut the biscuit in the middle (like for a cake) and put a larger amount of cream, to make it thicker. I wanted to achieve the look of real milch schnita.

You can put lemon sugar in the cream and biscuit instead of vanilla sugar (or for the cream, half a bag of lemon sugar, half vanilla). I am delighted with this product, it perfectly replaces the zest or aroma of lemons.
