Incredibly creamy! Boston Cream Pie! The best recipe

Ingredients 

Separate 5 large eggs

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites

8 g vanilla sugar (2 teaspoons)

The 5 egg yolks

150 g sugar (3/4 cup)

3 tablespoons carbonated mineral water

Mix for a few minutes until you get a very creamy mixture.

180 g flour (1 1/3 cups)

1 teaspoon baking powder

Baking tray: 40 x 30 cm (11.8 x 15.7 inches)

Bake the cake at 180 °C top and bottom heat for about 15 minutes

5 egg yolks

Some milk, total 400 ml (1 2/3 cups)

Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan.
