Incredibly creamy! Boston Cream Pie! The best recipe

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

40 g sugar (1/5 cup)

40 g cornstarch (1/3 cup)

1 tablespoon butter

150 g crème fraîche (or cream cheese) (3/5 cup)

apricot jam

150 ml cream (3/5 cup)

150 g dark chocolate (approx. 60% cocoa content)

Chill for 4 hours (or overnight).

The cake tastes incredibly delicious!
