INGREDIENTS

For the dough:

350 g flour
5 egg yolks
250 g butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar

For the filling:

5 pcs. egg whites
2 packs of pudding powder with vanilla flavor
240 g powdered sugar
2 packs of vanilla sugar
50 ml vegetable oil
500 g fresh raspberries
Breadcrumbs and butter for the tray
Powdered sugar for dusting

INSTRUCTIONS

Start by preparing the dough. Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add egg yolks, sugar and coarsely grated cold butter. Knead everything into a smooth dough, divide it in half, wrap it in foil and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Prepare the baking tray by greasing it with butter and dusting it with breadcrumbs.
Roughly grate half of the dough onto the tray and press it gently with the palm of your hand. Bake it in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then let the base cool down.
