Ingredients
Tangerines (drained weight approx. 480 g)
1 organic orange
280 g ladyfingers
250 g low-fat quark
80 g sugar
450 g mascarpone
200 g whipped cream
1 – 2 tbsp baking cocoa for dusting
Instructions
How to do it, first drain the tangerines on a sieve Collect the juice. Then set a third aside for garnish and wash the orange with hot water, pat dry and finely grate the peel.
Then cut the orange in half and squeeze it out. Mix 200 ml of the risen mandarin juice with the orange zest and juice. Then line the bottom of the baking dish (25 x 30 cm) with ladyfingers and distribute half of the potion and half of the tangerines on top.
Next, mix the quark with sugar. Add the mascarpone and stir until smooth. Then beat the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the cream.
Then spread half of the cream onto the ladyfingers, then place another layer of ladyfingers in the baking dish.
