Chocolate – vanilla DREAM

Ingredients:

For the dough:
180g sugar
5 eggs
220g butter
230g flour
a bit of salt
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 pack baking powder
For the filling:
2 packs of vanilla pudding powder
1000 ml milk
80g sugar
For the chocolate icing:
120 g cooking chocolate
160 ml whipped cream

Preparation:

1. Prepare the dough: Make a dough from butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder. Then put the dough in a greased pan lined with baking paper or in a large baking dish and bake at 180 Β° C for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

2. Preparing the filling: Heat 800 ml milk with 80 g sugar in a saucepan. Next, mix the pudding powder with 200 ml of milk and add it to the hot milk. Then bring to the boil briefly, stirring constantly. Then remove the pot from the heat and let the pudding cool slightly, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming.
