3. Next, remove the warm base from the baking paper and place it back in the mold without the paper. Now spread the warm pudding on the base and let the cake cool down.

4. For the ganache, preparing the glaze: Heat the whipped cream, add the chocolate broken into pieces and let it melt while stirring. Serve the cake chilled.
The ganache is a little runny but once the cake has been in the fridge and cooled it is solid! Sprinkle as desired.
Chill again before serving.
