250g butter
250 g dark chocolate
6 eggs he
200g sugar
250 g almonds , ground
100g flour
Couverture
Almond flakes or colorful sugar sprinkles to decorate
Fat for the tray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot air 160°C).
Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Whisk the eggs for 4 minutes. Add sugar and stir. Allow the melted butter and chocolate to cool slightly and add. Now stir in the almonds and flour.
