CHOCOLATE CUBES WITH CHERRIES

Ingredients:

– 400 g pti ber biscuits
– 3 dl milk

For the chocolate filling:

– 4 dl of milk
– 5 spoons of sugar
– 1 chocolate pudding
– 150 g of margarine

For the cherry filling:

– 1 jar of 800 g
– peeled cherries
– 4 spoons of sugar
– 2 vanilla sugar
– 2 full spoons of thickeners

For the topping:

– 4 dl of sweet cream
– 200 g of cooking chocolate

Preparation

Chocolate filling:

Pour 3 dl of milk into a saucepan, add sugar and cook until it boils. Separately, whisk the remaining milk with the vanilla pudding, pour into the boiling milk and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Add softened margarine to the cooled pudding and beat with a mixer.

Cherry filling:

Transfer the cherries from the jar together with the juice to the pan. Take out a little juice and stir in it to thicken, and return the contents to the pot. Add sugar, vanilla-sugar and cook at a moderate temperature, stirring continuously, until it thickens.

Dressing:

Combine the broken chocolate with the sweet cream and heat to the boiling point to obtain a uniform mixture.
