Biscuit cream roll recipe, much better than the bakery one!

Ingredients:

4 eggs
100g sugar
40g flour
40 g cornstarch
2 lemons, juice from them
100g sugar
2 egg yolks
3 sheets of gelatin, 4 in summer
350 g cream, well whipped

Preparation:

Line a baking tray with 2-3 layers of newspaper. Then put baking paper on it.
Now beat the 4 eggs with 100 g sugar until foamy. Sift the flour and Mondamin and fold into the egg mixture. The mixture should
be airy and light. Spread onto the prepared tray using the spatula and bake at approx. 180°C.
Do not overbake the capsule so that it does not break when rolled up. After baking, place on a kitchen towel and peel off the baking paper.
Next, bring the juice of the lemons to the boil with 100 g sugar and 2 egg yolks and stir in the gelatine soaked in cold water.
