Biscuit cream roll recipe, much better than the bakery one!

The lemon cream must be cold, but the gelatine must not yet set when stirred into the cold, well-whipped cream. (In the warm

season, I place the cream cups in the freezer before whipping until the edge is frozen.) Spread the cream on the capsule and roll it up with a kitchen towel. Chill the lemon roll.
