I learnt how to make this when I visited St Lucia. Now I make it every time my bananas are turning brown. My neighbours have started giving me their bananas so they don’t go to waste too!
Ingredients

3 large very ripe bananas

2 eggs

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp vanilla syrup

100 g dark chocolate cut into small squares

(Optional) 1 tbsp honey or agave
