Banana Bread with dark chocolate 🍌🍞 🍫

  1. Step 1

    Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon). Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

    In a separate large bowl mash the bananas, then add the eggs, oil, vanilla syrup and whisk together.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until all combined. Don’t mix too much. If it is still a little dry then add the agave or honey and a small tbsp of water if needed.

  4. Step 4

    Pour into a loaf tin ideally lined with baking paper. Add chocolate bits on top and push down so they are almost covered by the mixture. Place in middle of oven for 60 mins.

    To check if it is ready put a knife or bbq stick through the centre and if it comes out clean it’s done. Leave to stand 15mins then take out of the tray and enjoy!
