Apricot Pie Crust Cinnamon Rolls

Apricot Pie Crust Cinnamon Rolls are fantastic. You’ll be salivating from the first bite. My brothers and I would fight over treats when we got home from school. These delicious cinnamon rolls are made with a Homemade Pie Crust, spread with butter, apricot preserves and a cinnamon-sugar mixture. After baking, the cinnamon rolls are cut down and can be served for breakfast, snacks or dessert. So mouthwatering–your family will love them.

EQUIPMENT

1 large cookie sheet pan
1 small mixing bowl
measuring cups
measuring spoons

INGREDIENTS

1 recipe single-crust plain pastry (You can also use a store bought plain pastry)
2 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 to 1/2 cup apricot preserves
