Apricot Pie Crust Cinnamon Rolls

Roll out pie dough as if you were making a pie crust.
Brush with melted butter.
Dab apricot preserves over top.
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small mixing bowl and sprinkle over top.
Roll up jelly-roll fashion and seal edges well.
Lightly spray a cookie sheet.
Place roll on top of cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for about 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned.

NOTES

NOTE: If you microwave the jam about 10-15 seconds on high, it will soften and be easier to spread
