Applesauce cake recipe

Ingredients:

600 g sour cream
6 tbsp milk
750 g applesauce
3 tsp baking powder
150g flour
3 eggs (for the dough)
150g sugar
150g margarine
1 PK vanilla pudding powder
3 eggs

Preparation:

Mix margarine with 100g sugar until foamy, then gradually add 3 eggs.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into the sugar-margarine mixture and mix.
Grease a springform pan (approx. 28 cm in diameter) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs if necessary.
Pour the dough into the springform pan and smooth it out.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Now mix the pudding powder with the milk.
Mix the applesauce with a tablespoon of sugar, heat, mix with the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil.Step
