Applesauce cake recipe

Pour this applesauce pudding mixture onto the pre-baked cake and spread it evenly.
Separate the remaining 3 eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Mix 4 tablespoons of sugar, the egg yolks with the sour cream. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour this sour cream and protein mixture onto the applesauce mixture and smooth it out.
Bake again for 40 minutes at 200°C.
Cool the cake for at least 1 hour, then remove it from the tin.
