Ingredients:
200 g flour type 405
1 pack of baking powder
3 egg(s)
1 pack vanilla sugar
150g sugar
140 ml oil
65 ml milk
1 shot of rum
1 tsp cinnamon
8 speculoos
2 apples
Preparation:
First sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients except the apples and cookies and mix everything well. I use the mixer for this, but a large spoon works too.
