Apple speculoos muffins recipe

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Crumble the speculoos in a freezer bag. Then briefly fold everything into the dough.
Line the muffin tin with liners and pour in the dough. I always use 2 tablespoons, it works really well.
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for 20 – 25 minutes.
