Cappuccino cheesecake is a cake that does not require many special preparations or activities. All ingredients are mixed together in one pot. The consistency of the cake is thick and creamy. Cappuccino cheesecake – ingredients:

1 kg of triple-ground cheese
1 pack of cappuccino coffee (130g)
5 eggs, size L
250 ml of 36% cream
2 tablespoons of potato flour
1 cup (250 ml) of fine sugar

Biscuit base:
200 g of digestive cookies or biscuits
50-80 g of butter
Topping:
150 ml of cream 36%
150 g of white chocolate
