Recipe and ingredients:
180 g shortbread cookies (chocolate)
70g butter, melted
1 tablespoon milk
Shape 18cm
Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
30g gelatin
150 ml milk
let stand (it is better to do this in advance, I forgot)
400 g sour cream at least 20%
300 g condensed milk
mix well
200 g cream (33-36%)
preparation
Beat until frothy
Melt gelatine (do not overheat!)
Add a few tablespoons of the sour cream mixture to even out the temperature of the gelatin
mix everything
