200g butter
250g sugar
1 packet vanilla
sugar 3 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
flavor (liquid vanilla flavor)
5 eggs
250ml yogurt, 3.5% fat
350g flour
1 packet baking powder
1 tablespoon rum
For decoration:
Lemon cake icing
hazelnut brittle
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by beating butter, sifted sugar, vanilla sugar, rum, vanilla flavoring, lemon juice and zest until fluffy.
Stir in egg yolks one at a time.
Alternately incorporate sifted flour and baking powder with yogurt into the egg yolk mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold into the mixture.
