Without baking and in half an hour: Cherry cake with semolina

Ingredients

– 1 cherry compote
– 13 tablespoons of sugar
– 8 tablespoons of semolina
– 2 vanilla puddings
– 1 l of milk
– 4 tablespoons of thickener
– 1 margarine
– 0.5 l of whipped cream
– pettit biscuits

Preparation

Drain the cherries, add water to the cherry juice to make a total of 7 dcl.

Return the cherries to the juice and cook with 7 tablespoons of sugar, when finished add 8 tablespoons of semolina.

Pour hot onto a tray covered with pettit biscuits. Cook the pudding, thick, 6 tablespoons of sugar in milk.
