INGREDIENTS
630 g flour (all-purpose flour)
7g yeast
300 ml milk
60 grams of sugar
2 eggs
60g butter
Salt
50g cocoa
hazelnut kernels
butter
Chocolate
preparation
Mix milk, sugar, eggs, butter, yeast, flour and salt. Knead the dough.
Divide into 2 parts. Add some of the cocoa and stir. Let rest for 1 hour.
Divide each part of the dough into 4 parts and distribute the cakes.
