WAFER WITH BISCUIT: You must not have tried this

Spread one wafer (with the smooth side down) with half of the cream. Place the baked biscuit on the coated wafer and cover it with the other half of the cream.
Cover the biscuit with another wafer (with the smooth side down) and press everything down with a suitable weight. Leave the cake overnight and then cut it into the desired pieces.
