This is how you bake German cheesecake! Incredibly tender and delicious

Lay 5 eggs (separately), set aside 2 egg whites for the snow cover.
80 g sugar (2/5 cup)
pinch of salt
80 g butter (liquid) 2/5 cup
1 lemon

500 g quark (alternatively: cream cheese) 2 cups
130 ml milk (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g corn starch (2 /5 cup)
180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes

Snow cover:
2 egg whites
Pinch of salt
100 g powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
A few drops of lemon juice
Bake the cheesecake at 160 °C (320 °F) top and bottom heat for 20 minutes.
Then turn off the oven and leave the cake in the open oven for another 15 minutes.
