The only dessert I could eat every day!

Ingredients:

For the dough:
½ pack vanilla sugar
1 pinch(s) of salt
75g flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 egg(s)
75g butter
65g sugar
For covering:
500 g cream quark
400 g whipped cream
250g sugar
1 pack of jelly, red (not instant powder)
1 pack of jelly, green (not instant powder)

Preparation:

1. Mix the eggs with butter and sugar until foamy, add the other dough ingredients and mix everything into a creamy dough. Place the dough in a greased and floured springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 – 20 minutes (stick test).
2. Let the base cool for 2 – 3 hours, then place it on a cake plate and place a cake ring around it.
3. Mix the quark with the sugar. Beat the whipped cream until stiff and fold in. Divide the cream into two parts. Fill two cups with boiled hot water and stir the red jelly into one cup, the green into the other, let cool and mix each with a portion of cream.
