The fastest and best cream slices

Ingredients

1 pack of puff pastry
2 l milk
1/2 l water
6 eggs
6 tbsp flour
20 g cornstarch

 

3 packs of vanilla sugar
250 g sugar
700 ml whipping cream
2 packs of cream stiffener
Icing sugar for dusting

Preparation

Cut the puff pastry in half and roll each one out thinly and place on the baking tray ,
pierce with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. Mix
the water, milk, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, sugar (200 g),
flour and cornstarch well and bring to the boil.
