The cake is really delicious

Topping
Place the cooled toffees in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed setting 10. Add the ice-cold cream and mix for approx. 30 seconds/speed 10 to form a cream. Let the knife stir until you hear it “grab into the void”. Alternatively, simply whip the cream, I don’t dare make cream in the Thermi myself. Spread the cream on the cooled base.
Decoration
To prevent the caramel from the toffees from melting, add them to the cake just before serving, otherwise just get creative.
