Put sugar in 0.8 dcl (4 glasses) and let it boil. In 0.2 dcl, put vanilla sugar and pudding. When the water boils, shake out the pudding.
When the pudding is ready, make snow from 7 egg whites and pour into the hot pudding and mix gently until the cream is even.
Put the first crust, cream over it, then the second crust and decorate as desired.
