INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION

BISCUIT:

– 7 egg yolks and 1 whole egg
– 8 spoons of sugar
– 8 spoons of oil
– 8 spoons of water
– 8 spoons of flour
– 1 baking powder

Beat the yolk and one whole egg with sugar, add oil and a little flour, then water and the rest of the flour and baking powder.

Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Wait for it to cool and cut the crust into two equal parts.
