Super Moist Red Velvet Cake

This cake is super moist and it only takes 25 minutes to bake! It is for sure a crowd pleaser with the cream cheese frosting!

Ingredients

* 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 cup boiling water
* 1/4 cup cocoa powder

* 2 cup granulated sugar
* 8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 3 large eggs, room temp
* 1 cup buttermilk, at room temp
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 4 tsp red food coloring
* 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
* Cream Cheese Frosting
