Super creamy cheesecake with vanilla pudding

Preparation:

1. First you have to mix all the ingredients for the base together and then spread them in a cake tin lined with baking paper.

2. Now spread the dough evenly over the entire base and the edges. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 8-10 minutes.

3. Then stir the quark with the cream cheese until smooth and gradually stir in the egg, pudding powder and honey.

4. I used homemade puree which was quite sweet, so the filling tastes best with sweetener. Now. Spread the filling on the pre-baked dough and bake for another 50 minutes at 150 °C.

5. After baking, allow to cool in the slightly open oven for at least 30-40 minutes.

6. For the glaze, melt the chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over the cooled cheesecake. We recommend chilling overnight.
