Strawberry sour cream slices: Our absolute favorite recipe for strawberry season

ingredients :

4 eggs
110 g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
130 ml oil
140 ml water

 

250 g flour
1 pack baking powder
1 kg strawberries
3 cups sour cream
3 cups whipped cream
120 g sugar
12 leaves Gelatin

preparation

The preparation takes about 2 hours and 40 minutes in total. Here’s how to prepare the strawberry sour cream slices:
First you should stir the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then add oil, water, flour and baking powder and mix everything with a mixer.
Line a drip pan with baking paper and fill the dough evenly. Bake it at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
Let the dough cool.
Meanwhile, you should clean the strawberries and set aside 16 nice, not too large strawberries with greens. You should chop up the remaining strawberries, but do not make a puree out of them.
