Strawberry dream – cuts

Ingredients

180 g butter
150 g icing sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar

6 egg yolks
225 g flour
4 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp milk

For brushing:
6 egg whites
200 g icing sugar

For the cream:
500 ml whipping cream
3 tbsp jam, strawberry
4 tbsp powdered sugar

1 pack vanilla sugar
2 Pack of cream stiffener
500 g strawberries
powdered sugar, for sprinkling

preparation

To make the dough, mix the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy and gradually add the egg yolks, stirring constantly.
Mix the flour with baking powder, sift over it and stir in the milk.
Spread the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Beat the egg whites briefly, slowly pour in the sugar and beat until stiff.

Spread the egg whites evenly on the dough and bake in the lower half of the preheated oven at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for about half an hour. The surface of the egg whites should be nice and light brown!
